Quick as a flash, Gideon's sword was free. His blade swung vertically in front of him, blocking the swords from that direction. As he knocked them away, he stepped forward to avoid the swords at his back. His second step brought him to the leader of the group. Bringing his blade back up, he came in as hard and fast as he could. He pressed the man just long enough to put him off balance, then parried to throw the man's sword wide. A swift kick to the chest knocked the man down as Gideon turned to face his next opponent. He heard the sound of footsteps running. Sparing one glance, he saw his brother running toward the group. Then his focus was back on the other four.

Fabian saw his brother Kick a man to the ground, turn and parry the sword of another. Fabian was only steps away when the downed man got back to is feet. Unfortunately for him he did not know that the man who had kicked him into the mud had a brother. Fabian brought the edge of his broadsword down between the mans shoulder and neck, cleaving a gash a foot or so deep into his flesh. He released the pommel and pulled a short dagger out of his belt mercilessly thrusting it into the belly of the spider next to him.
